Abu Dhabi: Minister Bošković attends the exhibition of military equipment and weapons

Minister of Defence, Mr. Predrag Bošković, visited today the 13th International Exhibition of Defence in Abu Dhabi. On this occasion he visited the Exhibition of naval (NAIDEX) and other weapons and had a meeting with several exhibitioners with whom he discussed the cooperation in the field of equipment and modernization of the Army of Montenegro.

Minister of Defence of Montenegro was welcomed by representatives of the Ministry of Defence of the United Arab Emirates. After visiting the exhibition, he laid a wreath at the Wahat Al Karama memorial to UAE’s fallen soldiers.

The International Defence Exhibition and Conference (IDEX) takes place in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) from today until Thursday 23 February.
Montenegrin Minister of Defence will stay in Abu Dhabi until Wednesday on the invitation of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum - Deputy Prime Minister and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, the Ruler of Dubai and the Minister of Defence.

In Abu Dhabi, Mr. Bošković will have several bilateral and separated meetings with representatives of the host country and the Ministry of Defence of the UAE, as well as representatives of the armed forces of participating countries or exhibitioners attending this important event.

IDEX is a unique platform for establishing or reinforcement of cooperation with the international government services, companies and armed forces.
More than 1200 international exhibitioners are participating in this year's IDEX exhibition.
