Volkov – Lt Col Plijner: Strengthen cooperation in the field of human resources between the Ministries of Defence of Montenegro and the Kingdom of the Netherlands

General Director informed Lt Col Plijner regarding future plans on improving the process of planning and development of human resources, with a focus on three categories of staff which will be given special attention - young people who are not in the defense system, military personnel and persons who have been in the system, who are now war veterans.

olkov has expressed a desire to deepen cooperation in development human resources between the two Ministries, with the aim to obtain possible support of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in these processes.

Lt Col Plijner expressed satisfaction with the readiness of the Ministry of Defence to deepen cooperation in the field of human resources and added that he would do everything within its authority to strengthen it in the coming period.
General Director expressed his gratitude for the support of the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, particularly for financial support, to the realization of this year's Summer Military Booth-camp for young people.
