Foreign Minister Darmanovic to attend informal meeting of heads of diplomacy of WB6

Minister of Foreign Affairs  Srđan Darmanović will attend the informal meeting of the Heads of Diplomacy of the Western Balkans Six (WB6) in Rome on 24 May, at the invitation of his Italian counterpart, Angelo Alfano, who is representative of the host country of the upcoming WB6 Summit in Trieste on 12 July.

The meeting will be an opportunity to exchange views on further cooperation within the WB6 initiative, with a special focus on political developments in the region and planning of joint activities.

Ministers will discuss the activities carried out on the implementation of the Paris Summit conclusions and joint activities for defining the upcoming steps before the Summit in Trieste, and will focus on the current political situation in the region, the development of neighbourly relations and cooperationm as well as possibilities for further development of the WB6 initiative in the period until and after the Summit in Trieste.
