Minister Pejović to chair eighth meeting of Stabilisation and Association Council

Minister of European Affairs Aleksandar Andrija Pejović will chair the eighth meeting of the Stabilisation and Association Council, which will be held in Luxembourg on Tuesday, 20 June.

Minister for European Affairs and Equality of Malta Helena Dalli will lead the EU delegation, on behalf of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini. Director General for Neighborhood and Enlargement Christian Danielsson will chair the meeting on behalf of the European Commission.

The meeting will discuss the progress that Montenegro has made since last year in the area of political criteria, economic governance and the progress made in areas of the acquis. It will also consider the dynamics of relationships and meetings of the working bodies after the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, developments in the Western Balkans and other issues of common interest.
