Le Bourget Fair: Minister Bošković talks on modernisation of equipment of Army of Montenegro with exhibitors

Paris, France (19 June 2017) -- Minister of Defence Predrag Bošković visited today an International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition organised by the French Aerospace Industries Association (GIFAS). The International Paris Air Show takes place for the fifty-second time, and the organisers welcomed hundreds of companies from dozens of countries. Le Bourget Fair, the most important event in the calendar of civil and military aviation industry, was opened by the President of France Emmanuel Macron.

On this occasion, Minister Bošković met with representatives of several exhibitors, and discussed with them cooperation in the field of modernisation of the equipment of the Army of Montenegro. Special attention was paid to equipment for which the state strategically allocates funds – helicopters, radars, unmanned aerial vehicles and other products of aviation industry which are necessary for the modernisation of our Air Force and Army.

Minister Bošković will meet tomorrow with the Minister of Defence of the French Republic Sylvie Goulard. The topic of discussion will be the promotion of cooperation between the two countries in defence area, now as allies within NATO.
