Montenegro to host Adriatic Charter Summit on Wednesday

Adriatic Charter Summit will take place in Montenegro on Wednesday, 2 August, with the participation of Vice President of the United States Mike Pence, who will arrive the day before for an official visit to Montenegro.

Prime ministers of Croatia and Albania Andrej Plenković and Edi Rama, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Denis Zvizdić, Prime Minister of Serbia Ana Brnabić and President of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi, will, at the invitation of Prime Minister of Montenegro Duško Marković, and Zoran Zaev, Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia, which is currently chairing the Charter, participate in the work of the summit.

It will be the most important international gathering held in Montenegro to date.

The summit of the Adriatic Charter will be an opportunity for a number of bilateral meetings of Prime Minister Marković and other participants.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR THE MEDIA

Accredited media representatives will receive detailed information related to their covering of the events.

Government of Montenegro will provide live satellite and internet streaming of the open part of the session and any press conference the leaders of the participating countries may hold at the end of the summit.

Open part of the plenary session of the Adriatic Charter Summit starts at 13:00. The signal will be open at around 12:45.

During the open part of the summit, the order of participants to deliver speeches will be as follows:
1. Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia Zoran Zaev,

2. Prime Minister of Montenegro Duško Marković,
3. Vice President of the United States Mike Pence.

Satellite will offer an opportunity of choosing the language (original audio of the speakers, English translation, translation into Macedonian).

Family photo is scheduled for 16:00 (live streaming, same parameters).

If decided, leaders of the participating states will hold press conferences afterwards.

Eventual press conferences will be broadcast live. Sound - original (one).

Order of speakers at press conferences will be announced later.

Public Relations Service of the Government of Montenegro will provide video recordings and photographs of the following events:

1. Prime Minister Duško Marković welcoming the leaders of the participating states of the summit (expected to be available on the FTP server of the Government around 12:30);
2. Speeches by the prime ministers of Montenegro and Republic of Macedonia and the Vice President of the United States (after the end of the open part of the summit - expected after 14:30);
3. Spray and photographs of the closed part of the summit (to be available around 15:20);
4. Bilateral meetings;
5. Family photo (after the end of the summit);
6. Press conferences (to be available after the end of the last press conference).

Photos and video recordings in high resolution will not have any features.
