Prime Minister Marković commends organisation of Vice President Pence's visit and A5 summit

Podgorica, Montenegro (2 August 2017) – US Vice President Mike Pence’s visit and the holding of the Adriatic Charter Summit, which was attended by the prime ministers or presidents of the seven countries of the region, is the most important international event that has ever taken place in Montenegro.

These events proved to be very demanding in terms of organisational, security and protocol activities undertaken by the Montenegrin administration.

Upon completion of the summit, the guests voiced unspecified gratitude for the high level of commitment, hospitality and responsibility of Montenegro as a host country.

Prime Minister Duško Marković paid tribute to security services, protocol, state administration, media representatives and all others who took part in the organisation of the two unique events.
