PM Marković to attend informal WB6 summit in Durres on Saturday
Prime Minister Duško Marković will participate on Saturday, 26 August, in an informal meeting of the prime ministers of the Western Balkans Six (WB6) in Durres, Albania.
The meeting, hosted by Prime Minister of the Republic of Albania Edi Rama, will be attended by European Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn and World Bank Vice President for Europe and Central Asia Cyril Muller.
The theme of the informal summit is to strengthen and deepen regional economic cooperation in accordance with the Regional Economic Area Action Plan adopted at the Trieste Summit held on 12 July.
Minister of Economy Dragica Sekulić is also in the Montenegrin delegation.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION FOR THE MEDIA:
Public Relations Service of the Government of Montenegro will provide the media with photos and video recordings of the meeting as well as with the text of the address of the Prime Minister of Montenegro (the material will be delivered at the end of the first session – around noon), as well as photos and recordings (spray) of the afternoon sessions. Also, the Public Relations Service will provide the media with other relevant photo and video material, if there is a technical possibility of recording.
The European Commission has announced that it will publish photos and video recording of Commissioner Hahn's address on its AV Portal (EBS Channel).
