Montenegrin delegation to participate in Bled Strategic Forum and ministerial meetings of countries participating in South-East European Cooperation Process
The delegation of Montenegro will participate in the Bled Strategic Forum (BSF) and the ministerial meetings of the participating countries of the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) in Bled, which will be held from 4 to 6 September, organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia and the Centre for European Perspective.
At the twelfth Bled Strategic Forum under the title "New Reality", several meetings will take place in the form of panel discussions. Minister of Foreign Affairs Srđan Darmanović will take part in the panel on 5 September, entitled "Western Balkans: EU Enlargement – Is pretending the name of the game?", while Minister of European Affairs Aleksandar Andrija Pejovic will participate in the panel "The European Union in a changed world" on the same day.
In the framework of the Slovenian Chairmanship of the SEECP, a meeting of the ministers of public administration of the SEECP participating countries will be held on 4 September, which will be attended by Minister of Public Administration Suzana Pribilović. An informal meeting of the foreign ministers of the SEECP participating countries will be held on 5 September and will be attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Srđan Darmanović.
The participation of the Montenegrin delegation will contribute to further positioning of Montenegro as a reliable and responsible actor in the regional and European frameworks of cooperation, as well as promotion of activities from the negotiating agenda, which is of importance for further economic and social development and continuation of the active foreign-political activity of our country .
