Minister Pribilović participates in Bled Strategic Forum and ministerial meetings of SEECP participating countries

In the framework of the Slovenian Chairmanship of the SEECP, Minister of Public Administration Suzana Pribilović participated today in a working meeting of the ministers of public administration of the countries participating in the South-East European Cooperation Process (SEECP).

The meeting, entitled "Digital Lunch" was an opportunity for ministers to discuss digital transformation and numerous possibilities for expanding cooperation in this field.

Minister Pribilović presented the activities of the Ministry of Public Administration regarding the public administration reform, and in particular the segment of the digitization of public services. She especially presented the activities on modernization and development of the eGovernment portal. Pribilović pointed out that the Ministry of Public Administration will increase the number of services by the end of the year, and insist on integral services that involve electronic exchange of data between institutions. She also presented projects in the domain of digitization that are under preparation, which will enable citizens to easily share their data through the system, providing services in the most efficient way.

The Minister pointed out that digitalization in the three-year medium-term represents the main strategy of public administration, which implies a completed legislative framework, a unique set of data available to all administrative bodies, with clearly defined competencies and a unique register of citizens in its centre, as well as many new services and satisfied citizens.

The delegation of Montenegro participates in the Bled Strategic Forum (BSF) and the ministerial meetings of the participating countries of the SEECP in Bled, which will be held from 4 to 6 September, organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia and the Centre for European Perspective.
