PM Marković in Municipality of Mojkovac: Activities of Government and local authorities make visible results in Northern region

Mojkovac, Montenegro (5 September 2017) – During his working visit to the Municipality of Mojkovac, Prime Minister Duško Marković laid a foundation stone for the construction of the building for socially vulnerable families and visited the armament and military equipment factory „Tara Aerospace and Defence Products AD Mojkovac“, road going through Vragodo – Vrioca – Žarski katun route, reconstruction of the water supply system in Podbišće, as well as the city parking place and elementary school „Milovan Rakočević“ which are being reconstructed with the support of the People's Republic of China.
Prime Minister Marković highlighted that the efforts made by the Government and the local authority have given the visible results, voicing his belief that the Government's development policy will be implemented in the Municipality of Mojkovac in the coming years. This visit is aimed at launching activities in the Northern region in order to valorise the resources and raise the level of the quality of life of citizens in this area, PM Marković pointed out at the end of the visit.
The overall Government's agenda is aimed
launching various activities in the north, namely in cooperation with the
local communities, PM Marković explained, adding that it is really important to
create better conditions for living and to prevent people from leaving the
city, thus creating new values and improving the overall economic situation in
the country.
