PM Marković hosts Ambassador of Czech Republic: Regatta principle in EU integration process is only valid and productive approach

Prime Minister Duško Marković hosted earlier today Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Montenegro Karel Urban.

It was noted that Montenegro and the Czech Republic have good bilateral relations that can be improved, especially in the field of energy, tourism, science and education.

The Prime Minister thanked Ambassador Urban for the support of the Czech Republic to Montenegro, both bilaterally and within the Visegrad Group, which it provides in the process of European integration, as well as for the support provided during Montenegro's integration into NATO.

It was jointly concluded that the only valid and productive approach in the process of European integration of the Western Balkan countries is the evaluation of countries according to the achieved results, i.e. the regatta principle.

PM Marković and Ambassador Urban exchanged views on concrete projects of interest for both countries.
