PM Marković host farewell visit by Polish Ambassador Tatarzvnska: You proved your friendship when we needed it the most

PR ServicePodgorica, Montenegro (14 December 2017) -- Prime Minister Duško Markovic hosted earlier today a farewell visit by Ambassador of Poland Irena Tatarzvnska.

The two officials agreed that Montenegrin and Poland have developed high-quality, friendly and substantive relations that will gain a new dimension of partnership and allied relations within NATO, and that there is room for further improvement, particularly in terms of economy.

Prime Minister Marković expressed satisfaction with the concrete results of good relations between the two countries, adding that the increase in the number of the Polish tourists and  the increasing interest of the Polish investors in Montenegro are encouraging.

"Poland is a friend of Montenegro and you proved your friendship when we needed it the most," PM Marković stated.

Ambassador Tatarzvnska said that Montenegro achieved great success by joining NATO and that it is rapidly coming closer to EU membership, emphasising that Poland will continue to support Montenegro’s EU bid.

The Prime Minister thanked Ambassador Tatarzvnska for her personal contribution to high-quality relations between the two countries and the achievements of Montenegro.
