PM Marković meets with EU High Representative Federica Mogherini in Brussels

Prime Minister Duško Marković met tonight at the EU headquarters with High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini, ahead of the meeting of the prime ministers of the Western Balkans Six.

At the meeting, Prime Minister Marković emphasised that the European Union's enlargement policy is one of the most important European policies that should contribute to the stability and economic progress of the Western Balkan region.

PM Marković and the EU High Representative expressed their satisfaction with another meeting of the leaders of the region and the European Union bearing in mind that the Union's enlargement policy will gain significance in the following year by introducing a strategy for enlargement and holding a new summit of the European Union and the Western Balkans.
The two officials agreed that Montenegro shows full responsibility in the integration process and remains a reliable partner to the EU.
