Conference on Western Balkans Investment Framework
Given the importance of the support Montenegro has received from the European Commission through the Western Balkans Investment Framework, the Ministry of European Affairs will organise in 20 December a conference with a view to acquainting project beneficiaries, local governments, civil society and the media with the possibilities and previous results of this instrument.
Keynote speeches at the conference will be delivered by Minister of European Affairs Aleksandar Andrija Pejović, together with Minister of Economy Dragica Sekulić, Minister of Transport and Maritime Affairs Osman Nurković, Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism Pavel Radulović, Head of the Department for Cooperation in the EU Delegation to Montenegro Herman Spica and UNDP Resident Representative in Montenegro Fiona McCluney.
After the introductory speeches, two panels will be held to discuss the impact of the Berlin Process on Montenegro and the region, as well as the process of developing infrastructure projects.
In addition to the representatives of the relevant Montenegrin institutions, representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and the European Investment Bank will also take part in the panels.
The conference will take place at the hotel CentreVille, starting at 10.00.
