Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic met Monday Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and Chinese State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan.
They exchanged views on China’s ties with Serbia and Montenegro and its cooperation with Montenegro.
They agreed that two countries had developed friendly and cooperative relations according to the principles of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, and non-interference with each other’s internal affairs.
“Montenegro will continue to adhere to the “one-China” policy and enhance trade and economic cooperation with China. This cooperation is especially important within tourism, industry and maritime affairs. According to this Montenegro will sign the Agreement on Tourist Cooperation with China. It's interesting that Croatia has already signed similar agreement which allows better transfer of tourists along the Adriatic coast”, Prime Minister Djukanovic said.
