Podgorica, Montenegro (19 February 2018) -- Prime Minister Duško Marković and the Government of Montenegro support the work of the Anti-Corruption Agency and respect its decisions, recognising not only the systemic role, but also the wider significance of the Agency in the context of Montenegro's obligations.

Regarding the Anti-Corruption Agency's Decision No. UPI-02-01-10/17 of 15 February 2018, and published earlier today, determining that Minister of European Affairs Aleksandar Andrija Pejović violated the Law on Prevention of Corruption, we inform the public that the Decision implies first of all the reaction of Minister Pejović, and after getting to know the Decision - the reaction of the Government and the Prime Minister.
