DPM Simović opens South-eastern Europe Health Ministerial Meeting on Immunization in Podgorica

Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Financial System and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Milutin Simović opened earlier today South-eastern Europe Health Ministerial Meeting on Immunization, organised by Regional Office for Europe of the World Health Organization in cooperation with the Government of Montenegro.

I believe that these ministerial consultations will contribute to strengthening overall professional, social and political support to the attitude of the World Health Organization that vaccination saves lives, because the health and lives of people, and especially children, are the absolute priorities of all of us.

We are especially happy that we have gathered in Montenegro, ready to act and overcome the challenges, to make our programmes of immunization efficient – because we owe it to our children and our citizens, DPM Simović pointed out in his address at the opening of this meeting.
