Call for proposals for the Grant to member state scheme "Enhancement of Business Environment and Competitiveness of the Private Sector" – IPA 2014-2020

The Call for proposals for Grant to member states scheme "Enhancement of Business Environment and Competitiveness of the Private Sector", implemented through Instrument for pre-accession assistance - IPA 2014-2020, has been published on 02nd March 2018, reference: EuropeAid/159-459/DD/ACT/ME. The objective of this Call for Proposals is to further enhance the business environment and competitiveness of the private sector of Montenegro, thorough strengthening the administrative capacity and operational framework for coordination, planning and implementation within the Competitiveness and Innovation sector, through targeted support for development, research and innovation. The Call for Proposals is intended for European Union Member State public sector institutions/operators/statutory bodies and international organisations. The deadline for proposal submission is 8th May 2018 at 02:00 pm local time.


Questions may be sent by e-mail no later than 21 days before the deadline for the submission of applications to the below address, indicating clearly the reference of the call for proposals cfcu@mif.gov.me.
