"Bar is the place and city by which Montenegro is recognized. It's not just a place and space that has resources and space for the development and growth of our economy. At the very least, it is a picture of Montenegro, a multiethnic, multi-confessional fund. Her,  people of different faiths and nations live in harmony,  what preserves Montenegro and its values. Here is the cultural heritage of the Bar, not only known in Montenegro but also around the globe. being in Bar is really a pleasure, furthermore, discussion about the potential development of Bar is  a challenge, but also a privilege. I believe that today we have provided a good basis for the government and the management of the municipality Bar order to provide more beautiful and better life standard in Bar, and even in Montenegro." stressed out President Marković in response to a journalistic question about the results of the visit to Bar.

Answering the journalist's question whether the government will follow the decisions of European countries that have decided to expel Russian diplomats, the prime minister stressed that Montenegro's commitment is following European foreign policy and solidarity and partnership with NATO members.

"The Republic of Montenegro is a member of NATO, Montenegro is also a candidate for EU membership. From this membership and this process, obligations arise for our country. These obligations arise in the need to follow European foreign policy, but of course solidarity and partnership with NATO members. What happened in London indicates  the responsibility on the Russian side, we saw a strong reaction from the international community in the whole of America, the EU and other countries and  of course, Montenegro as a responsible country, a serious and solid partner, will today or tomorrow determine itself in relation to this situation."The Prime Minister told journalists in Bar.
