PM Marković congratulates Easter: Only on virtues of communion and understanding, we can build better community

Podgorica, Montenegro (31 March 2018) -- Prime Minister of Montenegro Duško Marković congratulated the highest dignitaries and believers of the Chatolic Church in Montenegro on the occasion of the great Christian holiday of Easter, wishing them good health and progress.

“Let Easter and its message of the victory of life over death bring joy to the homes of believers and strengthen the harmony among the closest, friends and neighbors. Faith is a symbol of communion and understanding, and only with these virtues, we can build a better community for all people, regardless of nation and commitment. Moreover, based on coexistence and tolerance, we have built Montenegro as a Euro-Atlantic and democratic one. Likewise today, dedicated and devoted, we are working to improve quality of life of each individual, in order to live in Montenegro in a standard that will reach European,” PM Marković said in his congratulatory message, sent to the Archbishop of Bar Rok Đonlešaj and the Bishop of Kotor Ilija Janjić.

The Prime Minister said that festive moments are also the opportunity to celebrate life and empower faith in the days that are yet to come.
