Conference to be held: "Challenges to the Application of the New Law on Civil Servants and State Employees"
The Ministry of Public Administration, in cooperation with the Human Resources Management Administration, convenes a conference "Challenges to Apply the New Law on Civil Servants and State Employees" on Wednesday, April 18, 2018.
The conference will be held at the hotel "Splendid" in Bečići, starting at 9:30 AM.
Goran Jovetić, State Secretary of the Ministry of Public Administration, Aivo Orav, Head of the EU Delegation to Montenegro, Svetlana Vuković, Human Resources Director and Lutz Kober, Director of Hanns Seidel Stifung for Serbia and Montenegro, will speak in the introductory part of the Conference.
The goal of organizing the conference is to present the new Law on Civil Servants and State Employees, as well as the challenges in the application in the following period. The improvement of the civil service system will be in focus, not only at the central level, but also at the local level through the new Law on Local Self-Government. Also, the participants will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the official system of the Republic of Serbia and the human resources management system in the Republic of Korea.
At the conference, which will be held on April 18 and 19, representatives of SIGMA will participate, who will point out the results of the analysis conducted and highlight the future challenges in the professionalization of senior management in the state administration of Montenegro.
