Published on: Jun 28, 2018 • 10:16 PM Author: PR Service
European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg ruled in the case of Ivanović and DOO Daily Press v. Montenegro and declared the application inadmissible finding it ill-founded under Article 33, paragraph 3, subparagraph (a) and paragraph 4 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
The application had been filed for alleged violation of Article 10 of the Convention (freedom of expression). The applicants complained that the civil judgment rendered against them violated their freedom of expression.
The European Court's ruling is final on the date of adoption and the applicants do not have the right to appeal.
