Supply of equipment for the alignment and implementation of the EU internal market acquis to specialized institutions of Montenegro

The Ministry of Finance of Montenegro – the Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds (CFCU), intends to award a supply contract for supply, delivery, unloading, installation commissioning, and maintenance of the equipment for the Alignement and Implementation of the EU Internal Market acquis to specialized institutions of Montenegro with financial assistance from Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA 2014).

Participation is open to all natural persons who are nationals of and legal persons (participating either individually or in a grouping – consortium - of tenderers) which are effectively established in a Member State of the European Union or in a eligible country or territory as defined under the Regulation (EU) N°236/2014 establishing common rules and procedures for the implementation of the Union's instruments for external action, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/neighbourhood-enlargement/sites/near/files/pdf/financial_assistance/ipa/2014/231-2014_ipa-2-reg.pdf

The deadline for submission of tenders is 3rd September 2018 at 12:00 p.m.

Questions may be sent by e-mail no later than 21 days before the deadline for the submission of applications to the below address, indicating clearly the reference of the call for proposals cfcu@mif.gov.me.
