PM Marković to take part in Seventh 16+1 Summit in Sofia

Prime Minister Duško Marković will take part in the Seventh Summit of Heads of Government in Sofia on Saturday in the framework of the Mechanism of Cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (16 + 1).
During the Summit, the Prime Minister will meet with Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Keqiang.
The forthcoming Seventh Summit of Heads of Government, dedicated to the cooperation of the People's Republic of China and 16 countries of Central and Eastern Europe, is a continuation of the cooperation initiated by the first Economic-Trade Forum held in June 2011 in Budapest.
The Seventh summit will focus on deepening open and pragmatic cooperation for inclusive prosperity. The Summit will focus on key aspects of cooperation 16 + 1 and its development paths, including the context of the "Belt and Road" Initiative.
The Business Forum, organised by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Promotion Agency of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria, will be held within the summit.
Public Relations Service of the Government of Montenegro will provide the media with photos and video recording of all events.
