Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán arrives for official visit to Montenegro

Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán arrived on Monday afternoon for a first official visit to Montenegro since our country has become a NATO member.

The Prime Ministers Duško Marković and Viktor Orbán held a tête-à-tête talks following a formal reception with the highest state honours, which was organised at Podgorica Airports.

The visit of Prime Minister Orbán confirms excellent bilateral relations, partnership in NATO and European integration of Montenegro, as well as an opportunity to exchange views on current political and security issues in the region and in Europe.

The official talks between Prime Ministers Marković and Orbán are scheduled for Tuesday morning.

Following the meeting, the Prime Ministers of Montenegro and Hungary will make the public statement and answer the questions of the journalists at the Villa "Gorica" on Tuesday at 10:30.

During his official visit to Montenegro, Prime Minister Orbán will also meet with President of Montenegro Milo Đukanović and President of the Parliament of Montenegro Ivan Brajović.
