Press release on Government's decisions passed on 20 August without holding session

Podgorica, Montenegro (22 August 2018) -- On Monday, 20 August 2018, the Montenegrin Cabinet, without holding a session, based on the obtained consent of the majority of the Cabinet members, in line with Article 10 of the Regulation on the Government of Montenegro, passed the Decision on drafting amendments to the State Location Study "Sector 5" - Kumbor and approved the Draft State Location Study "Sector 2" - the mouth of Sutorina – Igalo, and the Draft Amendments to the State Location Study "Sector 16" - Kotor.

Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism is responsible for organising public debates in accordance with the Public Debate Programme and, for developing and submitting to the Government the Draft State Location Study "Sector 2" - the mouth of Sutorine - lgalo, with a report on public debate, and the Draft Amendments to the State Location Study "Sector 16" - Kotor, with a report on public debate.
