Minister Nuhodžić to take part in Conference on Security and Migration in Vienna

Minister of the Interior Mevludin Nuhodžić will participate tomorrow, 13 September 2018, in the conference "Security and Migration" in Vienna, at the invitation of Federal Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Austria Herbert Kickl.

Participation of Minister Nuhodžić will be an opportunity to further promote Montenegro's results in the fulfillment of obligations from negotiation chapter 24, with a special emphasis on the fight against organised crime, illegal migration and terrorism. The conference is particularly important for exchanging information on challenges and protecting external borders, as well as further strengthening cooperation with partner services in the Region and Europe.

It is also foreseen that ministers sign the Police Cooperation Convention for Southeast Europe on automated data exchange, dactyloscopic data and vehicle registration data.
