PM Marković hosts Mayor of Podgorica Ivan Vuković: Government will do everything for quick and high quality implementation of capital projects in Capital City

Prime Minister Duško Marković hosted the Mayor of Podgorica Capital City, Dr. Ivan Vuković.

The meeting analysed the status of all capital projects implemented in the Capital City: Waste Water Treatment Plant worth EUR 50.5 million, South-West bypass - a project worth EUR 15 million Euros, Western bypass, boulevards towards Danilovgrad and Tuzi. Prime Minister Marković expressed the full support of the Government for the implementation of these projects, saying that the Government will undertake all the activities from its authority, in cooperation with the administration of the Capital City, to complete these projects as quickly as possible with the aim of continuing the development of Podgorica as a modern city and achieving a better life for citizens.

The two officials spoke about further improvement of certain legal solutions related to the modernisation of tax collection by local authorities.

The meeting was attended by Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism Pavle Radulović, Minister of Public Administration Suzana Pribilović, State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance Dr. Nina Vujošević, and Deputy Mayors Dr. Slađana Vujačić and Časlav Vešović.
