PM Marković visits construction sites in Kolašin, Mojkovac: I am not criticising, but commending efforts, results achieved

Earlier today, during the regular monitoring of the implementation of development projects in the north of Montenegro, Prime Minister Duško Marković visited the construction sites of the ski resorts Kolašin 1600 and Žarski in Mojkovac, which are part of the Special Purpose Spatial Plan for the Bjelasica i Komovi region, for whose development It is planned to spend EUR 60 million by 2020.
The Prime Minister noted that the works dynamics increased, and that he had requested that from the Directorate of Public Works and the Contractor on several occasions, and welcomed the efforts and tangible results.
Safe in the knowledge that the bulk of the work at the Kolasin 1600 ski resort was completed, including almost a mile long road to the ski resort, PM Marković said: "That is why why I am not criticising, but commending the efforts and the results achieved."
Expressing satisfaction with the results of the works at the Žarski construction site, the Prime Minister stressed: "By the end of the year, we will call for tenders for a cable car, a facility at the ski resort and a transfer station in Mojkovac’s part of Bjelasica, which is about EUR 13 million of investment," adding that there are real prospects for the ski centre to be opened within the time frame planned by this Government’s programme activities.
