Minister Pavle Radulović visits construction site: Tara's flow is not relocated
Minister Pavle Radulović visited today with the state commission for technical inspection, supervision and experts the construction site of the Bar-Boljare Motorway and on that occasion the Minister said the facilities of Most Tara 1 and Tara 2 Bridge are performed in according with the Main Revised Project for which it was issued a building permits, and that events in recent days have been a natural process at the end of a transition of a society when parts of the media and some other parts of the society that have enjoyed living from flammable topics embody such topics.
Minister Radulović told reporters that he had decided with collaborators to come to Tara 1 and Tara 2 bridges, although there was no need for it, but there was annoyance and campaign of the alleged destruction of Tara.
"I also said in the Parliament yesterday that I get regular reports on the works that are taking place here, and according to these reports there is nothing that is unusually happening on the construction sites, and then we had whole thing about it. Once again, because of the citizens of Montenegro, we are on the bridge Tara 2. All works are carried out in accordance with the Revised main project, therefore there are no bumps. What is true is that the contractor has ignored a part of the measures from the Environmental Protection Study, ten days again the inspection has been given to him an appropriate deadline to remedy the problems, as indicated by the inspection 3,4, 5 days ago. At this facility, such as the highway, these are natural things, " the Minister highlighted.
The Minister recalled a similar case from last year, which was not registered by the public, but it was registered by the one who was supposed to register and the works were suspended for 154 days. "So, there are situations, but nothing happens beyond the project."
"Regarding the 'turning' or 'relocation' of the Tara River, these are complete nonsense," Minister Pavle Radulović told reporters after visiting the terrain. He reminded that this is a transitional zone of the Tara river, where, according to the conventions, it is possible to perform works such as in the areas of Mojkovac and Kolašin made on the Tara coastline and promenade along the river.
"We have listened to many things that I can not explain at this time, " the Minister said, adding that is likely to raise a dust because of the fact that the UNESCO mission is coming to Montenegro next week.
"The other thing is - I have the feeling that Montenegro is slowly getting out of this transition phase and there are less and less hot topics that must be made out when they dont exist," Minister Radulović concluded.
