In the letter forwarded to the head of the Montenegrin Islamic community Rifat Fejzic on the occasion of Ramadan Bayram, Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic expressed his most sincere congratulations to all ethnic Muslims in Montenegro.
