PM Marković to take part in Startup Europe Summit in Sofia

Prime Minister Duško Marković will be paying tomorrow a working visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of the European Commissioner for Digital Economy and Society Mariya Gabriel.

The Prime Minister will participate in the work of the Startup Europe Summit aimed at linking the startup system creators in Central and Eastern Europe and the Western Balkans, as well as highlighting the innovation potential of these two regions.

In addition to the European leaders in the field of digitalisation, the Summit will also be attended by hundreds of representatives of the European Technology Community and the startup system creators, as well as prime ministers of the Western Balkan countries.

PM Marković will deliver a speech at the high-level panel "Transforming Western Balkans into a startup-friendly region," which will be also attended by prime ministers of Macedonia and Serbia, Zoran Zaev and Ana Brnabić.
