President Filip Vujanovic, Parliament Speaker Ranko Krivokapic and Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic today held separate meetings with the newly appointed Serbia-Montenegro Ambassador to Russian Federation on the eve of his departure for Moscow.
At those meeting, a special emphasis was placed on the importance of economic and other cooperation with Russia and on the necessity of remodelling traditionally good Montenegrin-Russian relations, which was found to be of mutual interest.
It was agreed that such cooperation was one of priorities of Montenegros foreign policy, regardless of the dynamics of fulfilling strategic European objectives and the character of future relations with Serbia.
