Solemn opening of Twinning project "Support to Human Resources Management in Public Administration"
The Ministry of Public Administration, Human Resources Management Authority, HAUS-Finnish Institute for Public Management and the Ministry of Public Administration of the Republic of Croatia are organising a solemn opening of the Twinning Project "Support to Human Resources Management in Public Administration" on Monday, December 3rd, in Podgorica.
The opening ceremony will be addressed by Minister of Public Administration Suzana Pribilović, The head of Cooperation Section for EU Delegation to Montenegro Hermann Spitz, Chief Advisor to the Minister of the Public Administration of the Republic of Croatia Željko Holik, Ambassador of Finland to Montenegro Pertti Ikonen, Director of Human Resources Management Authority Svetlana Vuković and Ari Sihvola, HAUS project manager, Finnish Institute for Public Management.
The solemn opening of the project will be held at the Hotel Hilton, conference room “Princess Jelena”, starting at 11:00.
The project aims to strengthen the management of human resources in the public sector, while fully applying the standards of an efficient, service-oriented and transparent public administration.
The twinning project "Support to Human Resources Management in the Public Administration" financed under the EU IPA program for Montenegro, lasts two years and is implemented by experts from the institutions of Finland and Croatia.
