PM Marković wishes happy Danilovgrad's Municipality Day: Government policies with significant projects give special contribution for better quality of life for citizens

Podgorica, Montenegro (8 December 2018) - Prime Minister Duško Marković congratulated, on behalf of the Government and in his own name, citizens of Danilovgrad, municipal assembly members and the local leadership, on the Municipality Day – 9. December.

"Municipality of Danilovgrad celebrates this year's holiday in the spirit of realization of significant projects for a better quality of life of its citizens. Recently, works worth of millions on the reconstruction of the bridge "Radovan Pavićević" in the city center have been completed and the reconstruction of the main road from Podgorica to Danilovgrad on the Rogami-Spuž section begins. There are ongoing efforts in raising the quality of local roads, the total communal and social infrastructure, but also in improving life conditions in many other segments. Building a modern boulevard to Podgorica, worth more than EUR 25 million, will bring a new development perspective of your municipality.“ – the Prime Minister’s congratulatory letter addressed to Zorica Kovačević, the President of the Municipality of Danilovgrad, and Zoran Bošković, the President of the Municipal Assembly, reads.

The Prime Minister in his congratulatory letter reminds that the successful government policies directed towards local communities also provide a special contribution to the development of Danilovgrad.
