Ministry of Public Administration to mark Open Gov Week

The Ministry of Public Administration, in cooperation with UNDP, will mark the week of the Open Government Partnership. The series of activities from 11 to 15 March will be organised under the Open Government Partnership Initiative (https://www.opengovweek.org/).

Open Government Partnership is a voluntary international initiative launched in 2011, which promotes multilateral cooperation, supports and promotes openness, transparency and accountability of the administration through open cooperation between representatives of the state administration and civil society, as well as with other segments of society in order to promote and increase transparency, combating corruption and active involvement of citizens and the civil sector in the creation of public policies. Montenegro joined the OGP on 13 February 2012 and signed the Open Government Partnership Declaration as a participating country (http://www.otvorenauprava.me/).
