Announcement: Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic on a two-day visit to Brussels

Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic will depart today for Brussels on a two-day visit, where he is to hold a number of meetings with senior officials of the host country and the European Union.

The Prime Minister is scheduled to meet Norwegian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt and Chairman of the Belgian House of Representatives Herman De Croo.

At the EU level, Prime Minister Djukanovic will have talks with the EU High Representatives for Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana and EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn.

A series of bilateral meetings with representatives of Europes leading nongovernmental organizations have been scheduled as well.

During his stay in Brussels, Prime Minister Djukanovic will participate in the international forum entitled Politics of the New Balkan Economy, sponsored by foundations Friends of Europe and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.

On his way to Brussels, the Prime Minister will be accompanied by State Union Deputy Foreign Minister Predrag Boskovic, Minister of International Economic Relations and European Integration Gordana Djurovic and Chief Economic and European Integration Advisor to the Prime Minister Slavica Milacic.
