Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic has sent a telegram of condolence to the Dean of the College of Cardinals, Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, extending his deepest sympathies on the passing of Pope John Paul II, both on his behalf and on behalf of the Government of Montenegro.
