PM Marković, Captains Regents of San Marino recognise significant room for cooperation, investing in Montenegro

Podgorica, Montenegro (28 May 2019) -- Prime Minister Duško Marković hosted earlier today Captains Regents of the San Marino, Nicola Selva and Michele Muratorii, who are staying in Montenegro on the occasion of the Games of Small States of Europe.
It was noted that Montenegro and San Marino have developed high-quality relations based on mutual trust and shared the concept of sustainable development and the preservation of the specificities of small communities.
Prime Minister Marković informed the leaders of the executive authority of San Marino about political and economic achievements and priorities of the Government of Montenegro, stressing that in the continuation of the dynamic economic development of the country, the exchange of experiences is welcomed, in particular in tourism and branding of the State.
It was concluded that Montenegro and San Marino, as small and friendly countries, see potential for strengthening cooperation in the areas of economy, culture and especially tourism, and that there is significant interest in investing in Montenegro.
Captains Regents, Selva and Muratorii, invited Prime Minister Marković to visit San Marino.
