PM Marković visits TV series "Biser Bojane" set: This is excellent opportunity for Montenegro's promotion and branding our country as movie destination

Ulcinj, Montenegro (21 June 2019) – Prime Minister Duško Marković visited today the shooting location of the television series "Biser Bojane" (The Pearl of Bojana) at Velika plaža, where he spoke with the actors and the authors of the series.
Actor Milutin Mima Karadžić, who is the head of the series authors team, and director Miodrag Karadžić, informed the Prime Minister about their activities.
"BiserBojane" is a contemporary, romantic action comedy. Its story begins in Belgrade and Trieste, but ends in Montenegro, in the old Ulcinj, and at Ada Bojana.
There will be eight new episodes that will be broadcast on national television networks in the countries of the region.
The recording of the series will cost EUR 560,000.
The Government of Montenegro and Television of Montenegro together will participate significantly in this amount.
Prime Minister Duško Marković expressed satisfaction with what he have seen toady and noted that promotional benefits of our country are huge.
"The series gives us opportunity to promote cultural and tourism potentials of Montenegro. These movie endeavours are of special importance for the branding of our country as movie destination and for the development of all forms of tourism, as well as specific "movie tourism," PM Marković noted.
The meeting with the Prime Minister was also attended by CEOs of national broadcaster RTCG Božidar Šundić and Serbia's national broadcaster RTS Dragan Bujošević, Major of Ulcinj Ljoro Nrekić, and Luiđ Škrelja, MP.
