Minister Bogdanović, Thompson-Flores of UNESCO: Progress made in implementation of Convention on protection of world natural and cultural heritage

Cetinje, Montenegro (25 June 2019) -- On the sidelines of the Ministerial meeting dedicated to the reconstruction of the former Yugoslav Pavilion at the Auschwitz-Birkenau State Museum, which took place in Cetinje, Minister of Culture Aleksandar BogdanoviĆ met with Director of the UNESCO Regional Bureau for Science and Culture in Europe, Venice, Ana Luiza Massot Thompson-Flores.

The meeting welcomed with the progress made by Montenegro in the implementation of the Convention on the Protection of the World Natural and Cultural Heritage, and discussed further improvement of the standards in this area, as well as other UNESCO conventions confirmed by Montenegro.
