Invitation for submission of bids for reconstruction of Rožaje-Špiljana and Podgorica-Danilovgrad road is announced, value of project is 40 million euros

In line with the commitment that the strengthening of infrastructure, as a key precondition for development, be one of the priority policies, the Government of Montenegro continues to improve the roads in the country.

The Traffic Administration, within the Reconstruction of main roads project, called for the submission of bids for the execution of works on rehabilitation and improvement of the road section M2 Rožaje-Špiljani and section of the M18 Podgorica-Danilovgrad road, where the construction of a four-lane boulevard is planned. The value of the project is 40 million euros, and it is financed from the funds of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) loan.

Reconstruction of these roads will significantly improve the safety of traffic, but will also give opportunities for the development of business, which will ultimately contribute to the higher quality of life of citizens.
