Administrative and technical capacity building for Competitiveness and Innovation Sector in Ministry of Economy

The Ministry of Finance of Montenegro, the Directorate for Finance and Contracting of the EU Assistance Funds intends to award a service contract for strengthening administrative and technical capacities within the Ministry of Economy related to the Competitiveness and Innovation Sector and mainly related to: assistance in finalizing the harmonization of laws with EU Acquis related to intellectual property rights and support in implementation of policies and programmes aimed at strengthening support services for Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME), with financial assistance from the Country Action Programme for Montenegro for the year 2016, programme of the European Union.

The deadline for submission of applications is 19th September 2019, 14:30h – local time.
