Expo Live: Fifth Cycle Innovation Impact Grant Programme opened

As part of the preparation for the EXPO 2020 Universal Exhibition to take place in Dubai, the Expo Live: Fifth Cycle Innovation Impact Grant Programme has been opened with a total budget of USD 100 million for support to projects stimulating innovation impact and creating benefit to society or the environment. The deadline for applications is 15 September 2019.

The programme is intended for enterprises, start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises, individual entrepreneurs, and non-governmental organisations, which can apply with prototype level innovations, in accordance with the sub-themes of EXPO 2020: Sustainability, Mobility and Opportunity.

The selected projects will be supported through funding, business guidance and promotion, while the successful applicants will also have a chance to showcase their work to millions of visitors to Expo 2020 Dubai.

The EXPO LIVE Programme envisages the announcement of two competitions a year until the opening of EXPO in October 2020.
