Nuhodžić- Jin: Support of China on the development road of Montenegro

Good and friendly relations between Montenegro and China are characterized by quality projects that were implemented in the previous period, and this positive trend will continue in the future, through new activities in the field of economy, tourism and infrastructure improvement, this was announced from the first official meeting of Interior Minister Mevludin Nuhodžić and the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of China to Montenegro, Liu Jin.

The meeting was an opportunity for the Minister and the Ambassador to exchange views on cooperation, especially when it comes to the services that the Ministry of the Interior provides to Chinese citizens in the form of regulating permits for residence and work of foreigners, where the quality and speed of services provided by the Ministry in this part was found to be satisfying.

The Minister informed his interlocutor about the scope of work of the Ministry and referred to the operational cooperation and information exchange within Interpol.

The Ambassador praised the efforts that Montenegro is taking on its development path, noting in particular the increase in the number of tourists from China who see Montenegro as a safe destination.

It was jointly stated that the good cooperation will be further improved in the future.
