Bršno and Dragovoljići locals get water, Construction of water supply in Pilatovci begins

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Milutin Simović and the President of the Municipality of Nikšić Veselin Grbović with his associates and many locals celebrated the completion of works and commissioning of the water supplies in Bršno and in Dragovoljići in the municipality of Nikšić.

The Deputy Prime Minister expressed satisfaction over the fact that promises were fulfilled and the works were completed before the deadline. He highlighted that with responsible partnership among the local government, the public companies, the Government and the locals, everything can be realised.

In the village Klenak, in Banjani, with the presence of many locals and the UBNOR representatives, it was marked the completion of the memorial fountain reconstruction, which was realised with the support of the Government.

On that occasion the Deputy Prime Minister emphasised that "this is an opportunity, but also the obligation of all of to show our respect and gratitude for the 24 fallen fighters from the areas Klenak and Somina" in the fight against fascism in the Second World War.

In the continuation of the visit to Nikšić with the locals of Pilatovci it was marked the beginning of the local water supply construction in the length of 19 km by which water supplying in this part of the local community Vraćenovići will be solved.

In the last three years, the Government, local government and local companies have invested EUR 2,7 million in water supply in the rural area of Nikšić. The value of the investments only in the water supplies in Bršno, Dragovoljići and Pilatovci is EUR 1,3 million.
