Minister Janović in Bar: Recreational sport is in focus of Ministry of Sports and Youth

Minister of Sports and Youth Nikola Janović and President of the Municipality of Bar Dušan Raičević visited earlier today the sports fields in local community Bar II Polje, whose adaptation and equipment was financed by the Ministry of Sport and Youth. 

Minister Janović took the opportunity to highlight once again the great commitment of the Government and the Ministry of Sports and Youth to the improvement of sports infrastructure in Montenegro and the best confirmation of this is the construction, reconstruction and adaptation of 37 sports fields and halls, worth over EUR one million. 

"We have done great job so far and we plan to continue investing in sports infrastructure even more dynamically in the upcoming period. A visit to the Polje local community in Bar is a proof that the focus of the Ministry of Sports and Youth is not only school sports halls and city fields in suburban neighbourhoods that citizens are using for daily recreation. This field will be available for almost 3000 citizens of Bar," Minister Janović pointed out. 

President of the Municipality of Bar Dušan Raičević thanked Minister Janović for his visit and support and emphasised that the Municipality and the Ministry of Sports and Youth are planning more new projects that will boost the sports and youth programs in Bar.
