PM Marković discussed with representatives of Qatari Diar: Further building of tourist complex in Pržno Bay starts as soon as possible

Prime Minister Duško Marković discussed earlier today with the representatives of Qatari Diar company in London, which bought 285 000 square meters of the field in Montenegro at the former Plavi Horizonti hotel in Pržno Bay in 2010 to build a tourist complex. 

Both sides expressed satisfaction with the fact that challenges that slowed down the work on the project of this company are tackled and mutual readiness to access as soon as possible to the continuation of building complex that includes a luxury hotel, more than 140 residential villas and tourist resort with all the support facilities, worth more than EUR 250 million. 

Representatives of Qatari Diar, led by Qatari Diar Chief Development and Project Delivery Tariq Khalid Al Abdulla, expressed satisfaction with the implementation of development projects in Montenegro, the progress of our tourism and informed the Prime Minister about the prepared plan for further activities and soon continuation of the work on building of this resort. 

The Prime Minister informed the interlocutors about the development plans in the Luštica area and details of the forthcoming modernisation of Tivat Airport and transport infrastructure, which as well, will increase the value of the Qatari Diar project.
