Bogdanović, Azule: Government remains committed to implementation of all UNESCO standards

On the sidelines of today’s UNESCO General Conference in Paris, Minister of Culture Aleksandar Bogdanović discussed with Director General of UNESCO Audrey Azule.

During the meeting, Minister Bogdanović thanked the interlocutor for the continued UNESCO support to Montenegro, both in terms of concrete activities for the protection of natural and cultural heritage and for the regulation of regulations dealing with the areas that are within the UNESCO's scope of work.

During the discussion, both sides expressed mutual readiness for further intensification of cooperation.

Minister Bogdanović added that the Government and the Ministry of Culture are fully committed to the protection and preservation of exceptional, universal values, noting that the sustainable development of Montenegro, in accordance with all UNESCO standards, is one of the key priorities of Montenegro's cultural policy.
